In short: Invyra does not require user accounts, does not collect personal information, and does not sell or share any data with third parties. Your privacy is fundamental to how we built this platform.

Who We Are

Invyra is an investment intelligence platform developed by Thinkrium. Our website is located at invyra.thinkrium.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our platform.

Information We Do Not Collect

Invyra is designed with privacy at its core. Our public research tools do not require an account or login, and do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers. We do not track which stocks you analyse or the investment decisions you make.

The only feature that involves an account is the optional Portfolio tool. If you choose to use it, you sign in and the holdings you add are stored privately under your account. This is described in detail in the Your Portfolio Data section below. If you never use the Portfolio feature, none of that applies to you.

Your Portfolio Data

The Portfolio feature (invyra.thinkrium.ai/portfolio) is entirely optional. It works only when you are signed in, and it exists solely to generate your personal Portfolio IQ analysis.

Authentication. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, a third-party authentication provider, over secure OAuth-based login. Your password is never seen or stored by Invyra. Clerk's handling of your login details is subject to Clerk's Privacy Policy.

What we store. Only the holdings you choose to add or import (ticker, shares, optional average cost, optional account label and notes), linked to your account identifier. When you upload a CSV, we parse it and keep only the normalised holding rows; the original file is not retained.

How it is used. Your holdings are used only to compute your own Portfolio IQ, risk and valuation analysis and to show it back to you. They are never sold or rented, never shared for advertising or marketing, never published, and they are not visible to other users or used to train AI models. The only third party that ever receives your holdings is our AI provider, and only when you choose to use the optional Ask Ivy chat - see AI-Powered Analysis below - solely to generate your answer.

Your control. You can edit or remove any holding at any time from the Portfolio page; removing a holding deletes its data. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Access. Your holdings sit behind your login and are not visible to other users. Invyra does not access individual users' holdings in the ordinary course of operating the service; access by our team would occur only where strictly necessary for security, debugging, or to meet a legal obligation.

Information Automatically Collected

When you visit Invyra, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically collect standard web server logs. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is collected by Cloudflare as part of their standard CDN and security services and is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any additional analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts on the platform.

Cookies and Local Storage

Invyra uses localStorage (a browser-based storage mechanism) solely to remember your dark/light theme preference. This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies are used.

Third-Party Data Sources

Invyra displays financial data sourced from industry-recognised third-party providers to power its analysis tools. These providers supply market data, financial statements, price history, and institutional trading data. All data requests are made server-side through our API. Your browser does not communicate directly with these providers, and no personal information is shared with them.

The CNN Fear & Greed Index is proxied through our API for display purposes only.

AI-Powered Analysis

Invyra uses AI models to generate company overviews, moat analysis, and investment theses. For these public research features, the AI calls are made server-side using company financial data only, with no personal user data.

One feature is different: the optional Ask Ivy portfolio assistant. When you ask Ivy a question about your portfolio, the relevant context from your own portfolio - such as your holdings and their scores - is sent server-side to our AI provider so Ivy can answer you. This is a processor relationship: the AI provider receives that context only to produce your answer. It happens only when you use the chat, the context is not used to train AI models, and your holdings are never sold or shared for advertising. If you prefer not to share portfolio context with the AI provider, simply do not use the Ask Ivy chat.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose. We do not display advertisements on the platform.

We do use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the platform, who process data only on our behalf and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (hosting), Clerk (sign-in for the Portfolio feature), and our AI provider (only the Ask Ivy portfolio chat, and only when you use it). These are processor relationships, not sales or marketing sharing.

Broker Comparison Tool

Our Broker Comparison Tool at invyra.thinkrium.ai/brokers is entirely client-side. All broker data, scores, and regulatory information are embedded directly in the page. No data is sent to any server when you use this tool, and we do not track which brokers you view or compare.

Children's Privacy

Invyra is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are under 18, please do not use this platform without parental or guardian supervision.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
