In short: Invyra is an educational investment research app. We do not sell personal data, do not use advertising trackers, do not collect contacts, photos or precise location, and do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Invyra is an investment intelligence platform developed by Thinkrium. This Privacy Policy applies to the Invyra iPhone and iPad app, the Invyra website at invyra.thinkrium.ai, and related services operated by Thinkrium.
Invyra provides educational market research, stock analysis, valuation tools, quality scores, support and resistance information, watchlists and related portfolio research tools. Invyra is not a broker, investment adviser or financial adviser.
Invyra is designed to avoid unnecessary collection of personal information. We do not collect:
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
The information we collect depends on how you use Invyra.
App usage and research requests. When you search for a stock, open a stock page, load the Value Map, or request support and resistance information, the app sends the relevant ticker or request to the Invyra API so we can return the requested research. Standard server logs may include technical information such as IP address, device type, browser or app version, request time and error logs.
Watchlist data. In the iPhone and iPad app, your watchlist tickers are stored locally on your device using Apple device storage. This allows the app to remember your saved stocks. We do not require your name, email address or account to use the local watchlist.
Account information. If you sign in to a member feature on the website, sign-in may be handled by Clerk. We may receive basic account information such as your email address and authentication identifier. Clerk's handling of sign-in data is described in Clerk's Privacy Policy.
Portfolio information. If you use a portfolio feature, we may store the holdings you choose to enter, such as ticker, shares, optional average cost, optional account label and notes. This data is used to generate your own portfolio analysis and is not sold or used for advertising.
Support information. If you contact us by email or through a support form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message, so we can respond.
Purchases and subscriptions. If subscriptions or paid access are offered through the App Store, payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive subscription status or purchase confirmation information needed to unlock paid features.
We use information only for the purposes needed to operate and improve Invyra:
We do not use personal data to provide investment advice or personal financial recommendations. Invyra is educational research only.
The Invyra website may use Google Analytics and standard server logs to understand overall traffic, reliability and performance. These tools help us see aggregate patterns such as page visits, device type and general usage trends.
The Invyra app may store preferences and watchlist tickers locally on your device. This local storage is used to make the app work properly and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.
We use limited third-party services to operate Invyra:
Financial data requests are generally handled server-side through the Invyra API. We do not sell your personal data to these providers.
Invyra may use AI models to generate educational company summaries, moat analysis, investment thesis text and plain-English explanations. For general stock research, AI processing is based on stock and market data, not on personal user data.
If a portfolio assistant or chat feature is available and you choose to use it, the relevant context you provide, such as selected holdings or your question, may be sent to an AI service provider solely to generate your response. We do not sell this data and do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share personal data with advertisers. We may share limited information only with service providers who help us operate the app and website, process subscriptions, host infrastructure, authenticate users, provide analytics, deliver market data, respond to support requests, or comply with law.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect the rights, safety and security of Invyra, Thinkrium, our users or the public.
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Local app watchlist data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the app. Support emails may be retained for customer service and recordkeeping. Account and portfolio data may be retained while your account is active, or as needed for legal, security or operational reasons.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect Invyra through secure infrastructure, encrypted connections and restricted access to operational systems.
You may delete locally stored app data by removing watchlist items or uninstalling the app. If you have an Invyra account or have contacted us, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, including certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct or opt out of certain uses of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland can review our supplemental Data Protection and GDPR Notice, which explains applicable lawful bases, transfer safeguards and data-protection rights.
Invyra is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because Invyra is an investment research product, it is intended for users who are old enough to understand educational financial research and related risks.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to make a privacy request, contact us at [email protected] or visit our Support page.
